Camera access
Unboxed needs camera permission to scan QR codes. If scanning cannot start, open iOS Settings, find Unboxed, and make sure Camera access is enabled.
Scanning tips
Hold the QR code inside the camera view, keep the device steady, and make sure the code is well lit. If a code is very small, move closer until the image is sharp.
Opening scanned links
Unboxed identifies common QR code types such as websites, email addresses, phone numbers, SMS links, app links, addresses, and plain text. You choose whether to open or use a scanned result.
